  • This is a lengthy process, so keeping scheduled appointments and reliable transportation is crucial. If any appointments are missed the Smile Makeover may be cancelled
  • Once a complete evaluation and health assessment has been done, we will determine if you are eligible as not everyone is a candidate for this procedure
  • Individuals who use tobacco are not candidates for the Smile Makeover
  • You will need to see a dentist yearly to maintain the dental implants and the implant supported prosthetic
  • How long can the implants and the implant supported prosthetic last? Studies show with the right yearly dental care and good dental hygiene it can last 20 years or longer
  • Contest not open to employees, or family members of contest sponsors.
  • Winners agree to have their names and photograph to be used for promotional purposes
